Terms of Service
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with payment. Online bookings require payment through Stripe. In-person bookings can be secured with credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Venmo, and cash. Full payment is required prior to departure. Bookings are only valid on the confirmed date and time. All services incur 10% VAT and 5% service fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations requested at least 48 hours in advance
- 75% refund for cancellations requested 24-48 hours in advance
- No refund for cancellations requested less than 24 hours of departure
- All cancellation requests must be made via phone or WhatsApp: +1 (242) 357-9311
- Weather-related cancellations receive full refund or priority rescheduling
Weather Policy
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, excursions will be rescheduled or refunded in full. We monitor weather conditions closely and will notify guests as early as possible. Guest opinions or personal weather assessments do not override the professional judgement of our team.
If our team determines that the excursion can proceed as scheduled, no refunds will be issued based on personal discomfort with weather or sea conditions.
Guest Responsibilities
- Arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before departure
- The Cardholder of the credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in and show valid photo ID
- The same credit card used during the online booking must be physically presented by cardholder at check-in
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the crew
- Supervise children at all times
- Inform crew of any medical conditions or concerns
- Secure their personal belongings in waterproof bags and leave valuables at home
- Respectful behavior toward our staff, other guests, the marine environment and wildlife is required. Any guest who engages in abusive or unsafe behavior will be immediately removed from the excursion or rental without a refund. If necessary, local authorities may be contacted
Photography & Media
We may take photos or videos during activities for promotional use. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used unless you notify us in writing before the activity.
Liability
Guests participate in water activities at their own risk. D Squared Enterprises LLC maintains appropriate insurance and safety equipment. Guests will be required to sign a liability waiver before departure.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify excursion itineraries, routes, or schedules due to weather, sea conditions, or operational requirements. We will always prioritize guest safety and comfort. No refunds will be issued for minor changes that do not affect the overall experience.
Governing Law
Any dispute related to this agreement will be governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
