Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible. The refund amount depends on when you request the cancellation relative to your scheduled excursion date.

48 Hours or More Before

Full Refund: Request cancellation 48 hours or more before your scheduled excursion for a 100% refund.

24-48 Hours Before

75% Refund: Request cancellation 24-48 hours before your excursion for a 75% refund of the total booking amount.

Less Than 24 Hours

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled excursion are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Weather-related cancellations initiated by D Squared Enterprises receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
